WHY CARE ABOUT CHILD SACRIFICING?

Every year, an unknown number of children are taken for witchcraft sacrifices in Africa, specifically Uganda in our story. Some want money, some want power in the government, but mostly they just need human blood sacrifices to keep evil in power. Every year, around election time, more children go missing.

Witchdoctors, ancestral worship, is the core religion in Africa next to Christianity and Islam. More and more stories surface of child sacrificing, be it abortion in America, sex trafficking in Asia, or historically, the stories continue to surface from around the world from IRELAND to PERU. 

Just as Sound of Freedom brought the atrocities of sex trafficking to light, so we need to bring the horrors of blatant blood sacrifices to the spotlight. Christian and atheist alike can agree on this one topic—killing innocent children for greed is wrong and spiritual evil does exist. 

In this short film— long enough to tell the story, but condensed enough to travel to every news outlet, podcast tour, talk show—we aim to gather the award-winning team of dedicated filmmakers to tell this story well enough to reach the world stage — ie. Sundance, the Academy Awards, a Peabody, wherever God will open a door. 

The script, Sacrifice, is a true story of one group of kids taken to their slaughter and miraculously live to tell their tale.  But they don't.  Why?  Because no one listens.  Because it's 'normalized'. Because they don't have the voice to make anyone listen. Until one day, an American documentarian just happens to be living with a group of street kids in Kampala and witnesses the kidnapping first hand.  

This is their story. The time is nigh.
