Shane Gilbert, Producer, has a record of envisioning and launching creative projects on a tight budget using only passion and the seed of a great idea. Shane originally made her start in Hollywood as a screenwriter, then an actress, and then cofounded a production company, Sodium Entertainment.

Shane’s first feature documentary started with a rock concert in Boston, The Last Dispatch, known as “the largest independent rock concert in history”. Then, with the help of Bob Maddux and a lot of talented friends, she then headed to Africa to produce and direct the award-winning, White Wanderer (aka. Mzungu), which she used raise funds to build a school and support over 300 former street kids in Kampala, Uganda. White Wanderer re-releases with worldwide distribution this August 2025 through Bridgestone Media Group.

Bob Maddux and Shane teamed up to launch Ezekiel 12 Productions with their latest feature film, I Am Living Proof ~ the movie, a Mario Murillo Ministries film, which successfully saw it’s nationwide theatrical release in March 2025 and has won over 12 film festivals to date including the prestigious Remi Award from Houston’s Worldfest for “Best Christian Film” of the year, and many more.
